Review: Hyatt Regency Century Plaza

Posted on 29 February 2012 by Admin

It’s Wednesday. That’s means, it time for a review.

Today, we gonna write a bit about the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in Los Angeles.

It’s a very classy hotel and in my opinion it is a premium business hotel.

We booked a King Room, which has a small balcony with table and two chairs.
The room has very dark interiors.  The furniture is dark brown, as is the bathroom. Elegant style! Everything was very clean.
In the bathroom you can find the Hyatt standards: bathtub with shower, shampoo, body lotion and toothpaste.

You need a ride to LAX? By Shuttle it takes about 45 minutes.
Early flight and no time for breakfast? There’s a Starbucks right in the lobby. Awesome!

Within walking distance you can find a Westfield Shopping Mall and several bus stops.
Beverly Hills is about 25 minutes away, where you can enjoy a very good dinner.

We like this hotel, especially the Starbucks in the Lobby and because it’s close to Beverly Hills.

Insider:
We recognized the pool area in an episode of the crime drama Castle on ABC.

Tuesday: Travel Video – “The Travel Diaries”

Posted on 28 February 2012 by Admin

It’s Tuesday, so it’s time for a travel video. We should call it Travel Video Tuesday. What do you think?

Enjoy “The Travel Diaries” by MrGuMac on Youtube!

The creator of the video “flew 6 times around the world, spent 1.5 weeks (net) in airplanes 2011″. During that time he collected shots for the project.
It is an awesome video, we think. We love his movie!
